[Senticor Terms of Service Effective date: July 14, 2026 Last updated: July 14, 2026 These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Senticor, including the Senticor.tech website, web application, project-management tools, production-intelligence features, forecasting tools, APIs, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.” 1. Service operator Senticor is operated by Ahmad Sulaiman Aslam, an individual operating under the Senticor name. Senticor is a product and trading name. It is not currently a separately incorporated legal entity. In these Terms, “Senticor,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the individual operator identified above. 2. Acceptance of the Terms By creating an account, joining a studio workspace, purchasing a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Senticor for a company, studio, partnership, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. In that case, “you” includes both you and the organization. Do not use the Service if you do not agree to these Terms. 3. Eligibility and intended use You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority where you live. Senticor is primarily intended for professional and business use by: Indie game studios Game-development teams Producers Contractors Publishers Other professional project teams You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Senticor complies with applicable laws and contractual obligations. 4. Free and paid plans Senticor may provide: A free plan Optional paid plans Alpha, beta, preview, or experimental features The features, storage, project limits, team limits, forecasting capabilities, and other restrictions associated with each plan will be shown within the Service or on the Senticor website. Purchasing a paid plan is optional. If you do not purchase a paid plan, cancel a paid plan, or allow a paid plan to expire, your account will normally remain accessible under the currently available free plan. Cancellation or expiration of a paid plan does not by itself delete your account. 5. Licence to use Senticor Senticor and its underlying software are licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Senticor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal professional or business purposes. Free-plan licence While you use the free plan, your licence is limited to the functionality and usage limits currently included in that plan. Paid-plan licence While your paid subscription remains active, you receive a licence to use the additional functionality and limits included in the purchased plan. Payment does not give you ownership of: Senticor Its source code Its algorithms Its forecasting models Its interface Its branding Its documentation Its databases or schemas Any other Senticor intellectual property You are purchasing temporary access rights, not ownership rights. 6. Licence suspension and revocation We may suspend, restrict, or revoke your licence where reasonably necessary because: You materially breach these Terms You fail to pay an amount that is properly due Your account creates a security risk You use the Service unlawfully You attempt to access another studio’s data without authorization You interfere with the operation of the Service You engage in fraud, abuse, or malicious activity Suspension is required by law or a competent authority Continuing to provide access would expose Senticor or another person to material risk Where practical, we will give you notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before suspending access. Immediate suspension may occur where necessary to address security threats, fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or serious abuse. We may also discontinue all or part of the Service. Where reasonably practical, we will provide advance notice. If we terminate an active paid subscription without cause before the end of a prepaid billing period, we will either: Continue providing the paid functionality until the end of that billing period; or Refund the unused portion of the prepaid subscription This does not apply where termination results from your breach, fraud, unlawful activity, chargeback abuse, or other misconduct. 7. Accounts and security You are responsible for: Providing accurate account information Protecting your login credentials Using appropriate security controls Restricting access to authorized people Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access Activity conducted through your account Each user should use an individual account. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for: Inviting authorized users Assigning appropriate roles Removing users who should no longer have access Managing workspace data Confirming that uploaded information may lawfully be processed Resolving internal ownership or access disputes Senticor is not responsible for resolving employment, contractor, partnership, intellectual-property, or studio-ownership disputes between workspace members. Senticor will use Customer Data only to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Service as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Senticor will not disclose Customer Data to unrelated third parties except with authorization, through necessary service providers, or where legally required. Workspace owners may export or delete their data subject to technical, contractual, and legal limitations. These commitments do not prevent Senticor from processing aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you, a user, a studio, or a project. 11. Service providers and data processing Senticor may use infrastructure and service providers for functions such as: Hosting Databases Backups Email delivery Authentication Payment processing Error monitoring Security Customer support These providers may process limited information on Senticor’s behalf where necessary to perform their services. Senticor will require service providers to process information only for authorized purposes and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. The Privacy Policy will provide further information about categories of providers, processing purposes, retention, and international data transfers. 12. No sale of data Senticor does not sell Customer Data or personal data in exchange for money. Senticor also does not rent Customer Data, trade it to data brokers, or disclose it to advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising. This restriction does not prevent: Processing by contracted infrastructure providers Processing requested by the user Disclosure required by law Disclosure necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents A business transfer governed by Section 13 13. Business transfer If Senticor or substantially all assets associated with the Service are transferred, reorganized, sold, or incorporated into another legal entity, the relevant contracts and Customer Data may transfer to the successor operator. Any successor must continue to handle Customer Data consistently with these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy unless users are given notice of a lawful change. Where reasonably practical, users will be notified before such a transfer becomes effective. This section does not permit Customer Data to be sold independently as a data product. 14. Data export and deletion Workspace owners may request or use available tools to export Customer Data. When a workspace or account is deleted: Active Customer Data will be scheduled for deletion Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups Security, billing, audit, or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary Data belonging to another studio or workspace may remain under that workspace’s control Aggregated or irreversibly de-identified information may be retained The specific retention periods and deletion process will be described in the Privacy Policy. Before cancelling or deleting a workspace, you are responsible for exporting information you need to retain. 15. Security Senticor will use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability, or protection against every possible incident. Privacy The collection and handling of personal data are further described in the Senticor Privacy Policy. These Terms are not a substitute for the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid basis for submitting personal information about employees, contractors, playtesters, or other people. You must provide any notices or obtain any permissions required for your use of that information. Senticor must not be used for covert employee surveillance or automated employment decisions. 17. Paid subscriptions and billing When you purchase a paid subscription, you authorize Senticor and its payment processor to charge: The displayed subscription price Applicable taxes Other charges clearly disclosed before purchase Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. The renewal frequency will be shown before purchase. Senticor does not directly store complete payment-card information where payment processing is handled by an external payment provider. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. 18. Cancellation and downgrade You may cancel a paid subscription through your account settings or by contacting [billing or support email]. Unless otherwise stated during purchase: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period Paid functionality remains available until that date The workspace then moves to the free plan The account remains accessible Cancellation does not automatically delete Customer Data Previously charged fees are not prorated or refunded except where required by law or expressly stated If the workspace exceeds free-plan limits after downgrade, Senticor may: Make excess projects or content read-only Disable paid functionality Ask the owner to reduce usage Provide an export period Apply other reasonable restrictions described before purchase Senticor will not delete excess data solely because of downgrade without reasonable prior notice and an opportunity to export or reduce it, except where immediate deletion is required for security or legal reasons. 19. Failed payments If a payment fails, Senticor may: Retry the payment Notify the workspace owner Provide time to update payment information Temporarily restrict paid functionality Downgrade the workspace to the free plan A failed payment will not normally remove access to functionality included in the free plan. Senticor may fully suspend an account in cases involving fraud, abusive chargebacks, repeated payment manipulation, or another material violation of these Terms. 20. Changes to plans and prices Senticor may change: Paid subscription prices Free-plan limits Plan functionality Usage limits Price changes for an existing paid subscription will normally take effect at a future renewal following reasonable notice. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect. The workspace will then move to the free plan at the end of the paid period. Senticor does not guarantee that the free plan will always contain the same features or limits. 21. Production forecasts and recommendations Senticor analyzes project data to produce estimates such as: Release-readiness scores Likely completion dates Deadline probabilities Critical-path tasks Scope-growth warnings Capacity risks Recommendations Scenario comparisons These outputs are estimates, not guarantees. This does not transfer ownership of Customer Data or confidential project information. 25. Third-party services Senticor may depend on third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Senticor is not responsible for third-party outages, service changes, account restrictions, or discontinued integrations that are outside Senticor’s reasonable control. 26. Termination by you You may stop using Senticor at any time. You may cancel a paid plan without deleting the account.
